Even if there's no sorcs, most of the destros and tyrants use fire so, there's plenty of reason having decent fire resistances in your armors . So still looks like archers can just pick whatever attribute for the weap. ^^

Why fire? Afaik it doesn't matter which attribute archer uses, unless they get skill enchants for elemental dmg like daggers and warriors do?
