well , as topic says I would like to get some clue on that quest system and how the fuck to understand it!

im 32 lvl and have no idea what to do now, havent seen some Npc with scroll on his mind or other shizzle >.>

Sometimes you need to lvl up a bit before you can take a quest. So I suggest you always talk to an NPC twice to see where is that red labeled one and try to remember the NPC.
