Set Anti-aliasing at 4k
put a tick in lower detail

Give that a go and see how you do,

Plus try finding out what ur ping is, by useing CMD,
Goto start and type in CMD, a DOS windown will come up type is

ping http://www.rpg-club.com

and see what ur real ping comes up with

You may have to use a proxy server.
As my ping is 15 and I'm set in the uk.

Just try running it in windowns mode.
If that don't work I will look for a better way for you

L2 is not affected by video card, your fps depends on CP mostly, + DDR. With your options must not have lags, try to find out whether it is fps or ping, try to set low details (alt+p) - if it goes ok, then the trouble with CPU or DDR.

maybe it helps, try making a partition large enough to put textures or systextures in, it's all about HDD and CPU in L2 , video card won't help, proof my GT440 stays at 45 degrees in L2 while in GW2 goes up to 65 full details on both of course.

When we speak about crusual fps decrease after several hours of play - it is well known problem, la2 eats much DDR ( after it becomes more that 1,5 Gb u should better restart client)
